• Collaborated with chemists, dye houses, developers and material designers to create custom color recipes that ensure colors execute across a wide variety of applications.

• Created customised color vision designed specifically for the company, consumer, materials, technologies and work flow.

Designs tools ranging from functional to inspirational to help communicate and enable partners across all functions.

• Lead the creation of physical color palette books, designed for portability and functionality while encompassing all the information a design, development and merchandising teams need to create palettes and apply color.

• Created functional digital tools such as info-graphs illustrating color usage which were instrumental in communicating color vision within design teams and functional partners.

• Lead the creation of inspirational color tools from painted footwear, dyed materials/garments and physical displays to composite images and digital displays.

• Lead a group of designers to create experiences and objects that both inform and inspire. From designing workshops that enabled blue sky thinking to collaborating with factories and crafts people to ensure the execution.
